In 2019, our founder Maya stumbled upon an antique pop-up book at a flea market and felt something she hadn't felt in years: pure, childlike delight. She thought — why can't greeting cards do this?
Six months later, working from her kitchen table, Maya sent the first Popwow card to her mother. The reaction? Her mom called three times. That reaction became our mission.
